Legal Advisor & Assistant Legal Advisor (3-Year Retainership) – J&K State Property Office

Issuer: Office of the Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan (Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & GB), Government of Pakistan. Location: 10-A Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced advocates or law firms for appointment on a three-year retainership basis (subject to satisfactory performance) to provide legal representation, opinions and related services on property, tenancy, land management and estate administration matters.

Scope of work: Represent and defend cases on behalf of J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals; provide legal opinions; prepare pleadings; and assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management and estate administration.

Eligibility and preferences:

- Valid license: Supreme Court of Pakistan (required for Legal Advisor); High Court license (required for Assistant Legal Advisor).

- Sufficient experience in civil litigation, particularly in property, estate, tenancy and land revenue matters.

- Candidates possessing LL.B or LL.M qualifications preferred.

- Preference to candidates working independently or serving as Senior Partner / Owner.

Tenure: Three-year retainership (subject to satisfactory performance).
