Retainer Legal Advisors (3 Years) — J&K State Property in Pakistan (Lahore & Rawalpindi)

Issuer: Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan (Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & GB). Applications are invited for appointment of Legal Advisors on a three-year retainership basis to represent and defend J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals, provide legal opinions, prepare pleadings, and assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management and estate administration.

Eligibility and required particulars: candidates should have sufficient experience in civil litigation—particularly property, estate, tenancy and land revenue matters; hold LL.B or LL.M; be working independently or be a senior partner/owner of a law firm; possess good professional standing with no criminal record or professional misconduct. Applicants must provide date of enrollment, courts of practice, number/nature of important cases handled, and professional experience.
