Office of the Administrator, J&K State Property in Pakistan invites applications for appointment of Legal Advisors on a three-year retainership basis (subject to satisfactory performance).

Scope of work: represent and defend the J&K State Property in Pakistan before courts and tribunals; provide legal opinions; prepare pleadings; assist in matters relating to property, tenancy, land management and estate administration.
Eligibility and application details: candidates may be independent practitioners or Senior Partners/Owners of law firms. Applicants must provide date of enrollment, courts of practice, number and nature of important cases handled, and professional experience. Candidates must have good professional standing with no criminal record or history of professional misconduct. No TA/DA will be admissible.
