Punjab Life Insurance Company Ltd (PLIC) invites bids/proposals for procurement of postpaid SMS and WhatsApp message broadcasting rates under a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal.
Key requirements: bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and other relevant regulatory authorities. Bid documents and full tender details are available for download on the EPADS portal. Vendors must upload scanned copies of the Bid Security and Bid Proposal on EPADS and also dispatch hard copies (duly signed and stamped) of the Bid Security and Bid Proposal to the Procurement Department at the address below before the submission deadline.
