BOP Tender: Contractors for Renovation of 3 Branches — Gujrat, Bahawalpur & Toba Tek Singh (Bid Deadline 2026-07-09)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). The Bank invites technical and financial bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from well-reputed organizations/companies for renovation works at three BOP branches.

How to obtain and submit bids:

Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-Pads portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website. All bids must be uploaded/submitted via the E-Pads portal only.

Deadlines and opening:

- Submission deadline: 2026-07-09 at 11:00 am (bids must be uploaded/submitted on E-Pads by this time).
- Technical bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 11:30 am by a Committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Bid security: minimum 2% of the estimated cost. The original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/U/C in favor of The Bank of Punjab must be submitted to Head CPD before the submission deadline; a copy must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the technical bid.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• Tender notice uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and E-Pads portal.
• The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of documents.
• Complaints can be filed via SBP's 'Sunwai' service: https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk
