BOP Tender: Contractors Required for Renovation at Branches in Gujrat, Bahawalpur & Toba Tek Singh

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites technical and financial bids under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable contractors/companies for renovation works at selected BOP branches.

Key submission & bid opening details:

- Bid documents are available free of charge on the Punjab E-Procure portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website.

- Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the E-Pads portal by 2026-07-09 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-07-09 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date to be announced.

Requirements & conditions:

- Bid security: minimum 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before submission time as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab. A copy of the CDR/UC must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the technical bid.

- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- Bids shall be uploaded/submitted through the E-Pads portal only. The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of documents.
