Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Lahore invites online e-bids for multiple framework contracts, equipment procurements and a public auction for fiscal year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). A bid security of 1% of the estimated cost is required for tenders; the public auction requires a bid security of Rs. 30,000 (CDR/Cash). Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening.

- Late submissions or submission of bid security in person after the deadline will be rejected. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for failures due to technical or internet issues.
- Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. In case the opening day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as opening day; time and venue remain unchanged.
