Pre-Qualification Notice: Completion of Thalassaemia Unit & Bone Marrow Transplant Centre — BV Hospital, Bahawalpur

Issuer: Buildings Division No.1, Bahawalpur (Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer). Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors for completion of balance works to operationalize the Thalassaemia Unit and Bone Marrow Transplant Centre at BV Hospital, Bahawalpur. Contractors must be renewed in PEC for 2025-26 and meet required specialization codes and public-sector experience.

Eligibility: Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (renewed for 2025-26) with specialization codes CE10, ME01, ME03, EE04 & EE05 and have experience executing similar works in the public sector.

All interested applicants must register on EPADS (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) to submit pre-qualification documents. Manual submissions will not be accepted; submissions must be made on EPADS.

Reference & rules: As per Govt. of the Punjab S&GD Notification No. SO(I&C)S-4/2024/858/AS(A) dated 09-05-2024. The evaluation committee reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications under PPRA Rules 2014 (with up-to-date amendments).
