Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited invites interested parties to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Corporate Rent-A-Car services for miscellaneous travelling within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan by employees and/or guests of the Company.
Submission deadline: LOI must be received by 2026-07-14 at 17:00 hours. Late submissions will not be considered.

The Company may accept or reject any LOI and is not bound to create any obligation. Final parties will be selected for award of contracts; LOIs do not create binding obligations.

Pre-requisites: Relevant experience with multinational firms/companies; registered status (partnership or private limited company, etc.); reliable and trustworthy staff with no criminal record; compliance with environmental, health & safety policy and Company Supplier Code of Conduct; compliance with applicable labour and other laws of Pakistan; must be a tax-paying entity.
Note: Final parties will be selected from those LOIs received and may be invited to participate in further procurement stages. Requesting information does not constitute an award of contract.
