Pakistan Tobacco Company — Letter of Intent for Corporate Rent-a-Car Services (LOI #Y26/ROC/CCRS/05)

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified firms to provide corporate rent-a-car services for miscellaneous travel within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and other major cities of Pakistan by company employees and guests.

Key submission requirements:

Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent citing the tender number along with copies of: company profile; legal status (e.g., Company, Partnership, etc.); certificate of incorporation; memorandum and articles of association; registered address with telephone, fax and email; letter of intent on company letterhead stating the area(s) of expertise; organizational chart; list of clientele and services provided; list of professional staff with CVs and relevant course certificates; certificates/affidavit confirming the entity is not blacklisted by any government authority; NTN, GST and EOBI registration certificates; audited financial statements and tax returns for the last three years; and bank certificates/confirmations of financial soundness.

Evaluation & award: LOIs will be evaluated and final parties selected for award of contracts. PTC reserves the right to accept or reject any LOI without assigning reasons. Receipt of LOI after the stated deadline will not be considered. Submission of an LOI does not create any binding obligation on the Company.

Pre-requisites & eligibility highlights:

• Relevant experience, preferably with multinational firms/companies.
• Registered legal status (e.g., partnership or private limited company).
• Reliable, trustworthy staff with no criminal record.
• Compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Tax-paying/abiding entity and adherence to applicable laws of Pakistan.
