LWMC RFQ — Testing Services Agencies for Candidate Selection (North Punjab, SPA)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority (SPA). LWMC invites quotations from registered Testing Service Agencies for conducting selection tests of eligible candidates for different posts for the North Region of Punjab.

Scope & eligibility: Registered testing service providers/agencies (eligible as per scope of work and eligibility criteria) may participate. Eligibility criteria and detailed scope of work are available free of cost on the LWMC website (https://www.lwmc.com.pk) and from the P&C Department, LWMC, 4th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Selection of agencies will follow the published eligibility criteria and agencies will be selected on the basis of the least fee proposed to be charged from candidates by participating agencies.

Submission instructions: All required documents (duly completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the eligibility criteria of prospective agencies) must be submitted by registered post or by hand at the address below no later than 11:00 Hours on 2026-07-01. Per government direction, the process of selection of candidates against posts/positions is to be completed within one month; interested agencies must submit applications by the given date and time.
