Purpose: Procurement of ATM/CDM/CRM equipment. Sealed bids are invited from well-reputed authorized companies, organizations, dealers, suppliers or distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having relevant experience.

Key submission & eligibility details:

• Tender procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope.
• Tender documents: Can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) by pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., or may be downloaded from the bank website.
• Bid security: Earnest money equal to 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted with the bid; bids without earnest money will be rejected.
• Required documents: Client list and affidavit declaring the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.
• Bid opening: Technical bids shall be opened on the same day as submission; technically short-listed firms will be informed of the financial bid opening date.

Submission deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25 up to 11:30 A.M. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-25 at 12:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
