E-Tender Notice: Road, Street, Drain & Culvert Works in Kunjah, Gujrat — LG&CD Civil Division

Executive Engineer, LG&CD, Civil Division Gujrat invites e-tenders from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for the FY 2025-26 for road, street, drain and culvert works in Kunjah (MC and UC) through the Punjab e-procurement (E-PAD) system in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Registration: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the relevant category/codes for FY 2025-26 and registered on the Punjab e-procurement website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx).
• Tender documents: Obtain and submit bids online through E-PAD. Original CDR (earnest money) must be submitted to the Office of Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening, otherwise the bid will be disqualified.
• Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost (CDR in favour of Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat).
• Bid opening: Contractors may attend the office of Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat on 2026-06-29 at 01:00 PM. All bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidder announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
• Contract conditions: Performance guarantee required as per clause-56 PPRA Rules. Procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule-35. Submission of forged/fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting; cases may be referred to PPRA and PEC.
