Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites sealed e-bids through the E-PADS portal on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for Operational Technical Support of the Customer Information & Billing System (CIBS). Eligible bidders include pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers, LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs, or renowned dealers/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for NCB tenders.
