Tender: Procurement of Jackets & Textbooks for Academic Session 2026-27 — PECTAA Lahore

Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), Lahore invites sealed bids for printing, binding and supply of jackets and textbooks for the Academic Session 2026-27 under Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-PESRP).

Eligibility & procedure: Registered printers/publishers/firms/companies/consortia/sole proprietors with Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and relevant experience may apply. Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency are not eligible. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Technical and financial bids must be submitted online on EPADS; physical submission of original bid security and specified documents is required as per the bidding document.

Bid security & documents: Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price (in Pak Rupees) from a scheduled bank; original Call Deposit Receipt / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of PECTAA must be submitted physically along with paper samples and original instrument of paper testing fee as specified in the bidding document. Bids submitted other than through EPADS will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened as per schedule in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened on a notified date.

Pre-bid meeting: Committee Room, PECTAA Office, Adjacent Pilot School, Link Wahdat Road, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore — Monday, 2026-06-29 at 11:30 a.m.

Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the Technical Bid.
