Tender: Procurement of Stationery Items & Printing Papers — University of Narowal (Tender No. UON-14-05-2026-04)

University of Narowal invites electronic bids for procurement of stationery items and printing papers under Tender No. UON-14-05-2026-04. Bids will be received through the E-PADS portal under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Key instructions:

- Submit signed and stamped technical and financial bids online via the E-PADS portal on or before the closing date/time. Manual submissions are not acceptable.

- Submit 2% bid security in favour of the Treasurer, University of Narowal, in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Upload on E-PADS and submit the original to the address before closing time.

- Submit original affidavit on e-stamp (Rs. 300) confirming the company has not been blacklisted by Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or any procuring agency.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the last date of submission. The University may reject any or all bids as per Punjab PPRA rules. The University will not be responsible for delays in e-bid submission or delivery of bid security/affidavit.

- FTN: 9016138-2. Tender documents, terms and conditions and downloads are available on the University of Narowal and PPRA websites. The response time is calculated from the advertisement publication date on the PPRA website.
