MCB Bank Limited invites sealed bids/offers for the purchase of used office equipment, furniture and related materials stored at MCB Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Interested individuals may inspect items during office hours and submit sealed bids by the stated deadline.
Inspection Period: 2026-06-29 at 10:00 AM to 2026-07-06 at 04:00 PM at MCB Tower Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2026-07-08.

How to Bid:
- Submit sealed bids/offers to the General Services Division, MCB Tower, 13th Floor, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.
- Each offer must be accompanied by a Pay Order/Banker's Cheque equal to 10% of the offered price in the name of "MCB Bank Limited" as earnest money.
- Include a copy of the bidder's CNIC. The Pay Order must remain valid for 30 days for acceptance by the bank.
Important Terms:
- The bank will notify the successful bidder; earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 20 days.
- The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning reason; its decision is final and legally unchallengeable.
- Successful bidder must pay the remaining 90% of the bid amount within 10 days and remove the goods/items within 30 days of payment. Failure to remove items may result in cancellation of award and forfeiture of rights.
- No offer will be accepted without the 10% earnest money.
