RFP: Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Mortuary Equipment (Package No. 29) — Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II, G-11/3 Islamabad

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Request for Proposal (RFP) for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mortuary equipment (Package No. 29) on DDP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad.

How to obtain documents and submit:

- All interested bidders must register on EPADS (Punjab) to be eligible. RFP/RFP documents containing requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS at epads.punjabprocurement.gov.pk and on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) website at http://ppra.org.pk.

- Technical and Financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP instructions and submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-09 no later than 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 02:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any mode other than EPADS will not be considered.

Important: Response time for bid submission will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Federal PPRA website. Ensure timely EPADS registration and submission.
