National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPMPCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the company’s power generation operations, ensure strategic leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement and operational performance.

| Key responsibilities | Overall management of power generation operations; strategic leadership and direction; operational efficiency and maintenance of power plants; governance, stakeholder and Board liaison; financial, operational and legal oversight; development and execution of business plans and HR strategies. |
| Minimum qualifications | Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institute in one of the following: Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, or equivalent; or membership of a recognized body of professional accountants. |
| Minimum experience | At least 10 years of demonstrated senior management experience in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing or other relevant fields; or as CEO/senior manager of organizations with commercial attributes; or as a member/head of a governing body/professional institute. |
| Other requirements | Must meet Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Strong strategic foresight, regulatory acumen, leadership, communication, team-building and change-management skills. Serving government employees must submit NOC. Maximum age: 58 years on closing date. |
| Term & remuneration | Performance-based contract for three (03) years, extendable at the Board's discretion. Market-based remuneration and fringe benefits based on qualifications, experience and skills. |
