PHATA Tender Notice — Rehabilitation Works (Receive bids 2026-07-06)

Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), 145-146 Rewaz Garden, Lahore invites bids from contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PPAS) and holding valid tax registration (active NTN) for multiple rehabilitation works. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and follow Punjab Procurement Regulations. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted.

Important procurement conditions:

• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR. A soft copy must be uploaded to e-PPAS and the original hard copy submitted to PHATA as required.
• Bids/documents must be submitted through e-PPAS only. Hard copies are required where specifically stated (e.g., original bid security).
• Bid validity, technical and financial requirements, and other terms are as per Punjab Procurement Rules and PHATA bidding documents available on the e-PPAS / PPRA websites.
• Conditional bids will not be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders who meet financial and other requirements will be considered for evaluation.
• PHATA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the PPRA rules.
