LESCO Tender 4385 — Operational Technical Support for Customer Information & Billing System (CIBS)

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers or reputed dealing firms/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for Operational Technical Support of the Customer Information & Billing System (CIBS). The procurement is financed from LESCO's local funds on FCS basis (Delivery to Consignee) — Stores at D.G (IT) 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road.

Important details:

• Bid documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications/drawings, method of procurement, procedures for submission of bids, bid bond/security (as per applicable amount) and other required information are available on the E-PADs portal and can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk, LESCO website www.lesco.gov.pk and PPRA www.ppra.gov.pk.
• Hard copy bid bond/guarantee must be submitted in hard form to the Office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO Ltd., 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore by the closing date and time.
• Bidding documents may be obtained/downloaded up to one day before the tender opening date.
• Submission and opening will be conducted through the E-PADs system at the stated date and time.
