Invitation to Bid — IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery & Furniture (Directorate General of Special Education Punjab)

Directorate General of Special Education Punjab invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (e-PADS) from eligible bidders registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery and Furniture & Fixture under ADP Scheme (G.S. No.117) for FY 2026-27.

Original bid security (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favour of Director (P&D), Directorate General of Special Education Punjab must be submitted with the technical bid before the deadline. Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS will be entertained.

Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded via e-PADS by 2026-07-07 at 10:30 AM. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes as per the bidding procedure. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-07 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General of Special Education, 31-Sher Shah Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend.
