Key instructions: Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-PADs / PPRA system. Bids must be submitted on E-PADs by the receiving deadline; original hard copies as required must also be provided. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR) must be uploaded on E-PADs and the original submitted prior to bid closing. The single-stage two-envelope procedure and Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 / PPRA Regulations will apply. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per rules.
