Directorate General of Special Education Punjab invites bids on the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (e-PADS) from eligible bidders registered with relevant registration authorities and Tax Departments for procurement of IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery and Furniture & Fixture under the ADP scheme titled "Chief Minister's Punjab Maryam Nawaz Khud-mukhtar Program (e-Earn Training and Skill Development through strengthening of existing VTCs of Special Education Department) (G.S No.117)" for financial year 2026-27.

Bidding documents with detailed specifications, quantities and terms & conditions are available on e-PADS (https://punjab.procure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and can be downloaded free of cost. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted as separate envelopes, duly completed, signed and stamped, and submitted online on the e-PADS website.
Submission deadline (online via e-PADS): 2026-07-07 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-07-07 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of DGSE, 31-Sher Shah Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must quote rates for each item in a Lot or the Bid will be considered non-responsive for that Lot.
Original bid security (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favour of Director (P&D), Directorate General of Special Education Punjab — for the specified amount — must be submitted physically to the address below before the bid submission deadline. Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS will be entertained.
