Pakistan Navy Tender Notice — Construction, Installation and Repair Works at Karachi, Turbat & Badin (Closing 2026-07-06)

Issued by: Office of CMES (Navy) COMPAK at PNS Karsaz. Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple construction, installation and repair works at Pakistan Navy locations. Interested contractors must submit applications to obtain tender documents and comply with the eligibility and submission requirements listed below.

How to apply: Submit an application for issuance of tender documents together with complete credentials as required (referenced in Serial 8 of the tender instructions). Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience and meeting the special conditions for the specific job and area.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Only contractors borne on the approved list of MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' or 'D' with experience in this type of work may apply.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in any court of law and that no outstanding adverse report from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them.

Submission and opening:

- Tender submission deadline: must be received by the accepting office by 1130 Hrs on 2026-07-06.

- Tender opening: 1200 Hrs on 2026-07-06. Contractors who wish may be present at the time of opening.

Other notes: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of credentials and subject to other terms and conditions in the tender instructions.
