BOP Tender: Supply & Installation of Fire Fighting System at BOP Tower, Lahore

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (BOP). The Bank invites technical and financial bids from well-reputed organizations/companies for the supply and installation of a Fire Fighting System at the BOP Tower, Head Office Lahore.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding. Technical and financial bids to be submitted via the E-Pads portal only.

- Documents: Bid documents are available free of cost on the E-Pads portal and the PPRA website.

- Eligibility: Well-reputed firms experienced in supply and installation of fire fighting systems. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

- Bid security: Minimum 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before submission time in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/UC in favor of Bank of Punjab. A copy of the CDR/UC must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the Technical Bid.

- Pricing: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

- Opening: Technical bids will be opened online; financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date/time to be announced.

- Liability: The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of documents. Complaints can be filed via SBP's 'Sunwai' service.
