Key instructions and conditions:
- e-Bids must be submitted online via the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS): https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/eprocore/
- A 1% bid security of the estimated cost is required unless otherwise specified. For the auction of unserviceable items, bid security is Rs. 30,000 (CDR/Cash).
- Bids submitted up to the stipulated date and time will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.
- Hard copies of e-bids are not required. PIMH Lahore will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with preparation or submission of bids.
- Tender documents and details are available immediately after publication on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the e-PADS portal.
