NUML Islamabad Tender for Networking, Switches, UPS, Wireless & IP Cameras — Deadline 2026-07-07

Issuer: National University of Modern Languages (NUML), H-9, Islamabad.

Purpose: Procurement and installation of equipment for the newly constructed pre-fabricated floor at Ghalib Block.

How to apply: Sealed tenders to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) via http://eprocure.gov.pk as per PPRA Rule (36A). Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security on EPADS and submit the original Bank Draft/Pay Order physically along with the original sealed proposals.

Tender fee and bid security: Non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000/- payable by Bank Draft/Pay Order and submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. Bid security must be provided in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order as specified in the tender documents.

Deadline & opening: Submission deadline is 07 July 2026 until 11:00 Hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the presence of available bidders.
