Key instructions and eligibility
- Submission method: All tenders/bids must be submitted via E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System).
- Deadline: Bids to be submitted on E-PADS up to 2026-07-05, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM.
- Earnest money: CDR in the prescribed shape must be attached on E-PADS with relevant information; bids without earnest money/CDR will be rejected.
- Eligibility: Only contractors / bidders holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate should apply; a hard copy of the PEC certificate must be submitted at the time of opening.
- Tender documents and bid opening: Tender/bid documents are available through E-PADS; tenders will be opened in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders/representatives.
- Other terms: Contractors will be required to comply with PPRA 2014 and related PLG Works Rules. Performance security and additional conditions as per rules will apply.
