E-Tender: Installation of Off-Grid Hybrid Solar Power Systems — District Khushab

District & Sessions Judge / Chairman District Development Committee Khushab invites e-tenders from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (or above) to install off-grid hybrid solar power systems at judicial offices in District Khushab. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Punjab e-procurement system (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procure portal and with PEC in the appropriate category.
• Bids to be submitted online under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure (separate Technical and Financial proposals). Technical proposals will be opened first; Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later.
• A scanned copy of bid security in the form of CDR equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded; the original CDR (with revenue stamp) must also be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee as required in the bidding documents.
• Bids/proposals must remain valid for 90 days. Technical evaluation will be carried out according to criteria in the bidding documents and the PPRA website.
• Performance guarantee and other conditions will apply as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
