GIKI Tender: Supply & Installation of Wooden Almiras (6x3) — 84 Units

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure for the supply and fixation of wooden almiras as per Tender Ref: GIKVPD/HM-1131/26.

Eligibility: Reputed furniture manufacturers with proven experience in manufacturing, supply and installation of similar furniture, duly registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or collected in person from GIKI Admin Block, Room # F-12. Tender fee (non-refundable): Rs. 3,000. Bids must include 2% earnest money of the total bid cost.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids, complete with required documents and earnest money, must reach the Procurement Office by 1500 hours on 2026-07-02. Proposals will be opened in the presence of attending bidders at 1530 hours on the same day.

The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender at any time prior to award without assigning reasons.
