Eligibility & Documents: Reputed furniture manufacturers with proven experience in manufacturing, supply and installation of similar furniture items, duly registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.
Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.glikl.edu.pk) or collected from GIK Admin Block Room # F-12.
Fees & Security: Tender Fee (Non-Refundable): Rs. 3,000/-. Sealed bids must include all required documents and 2% earnest money on the total bid cost.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids should reach by 15:00 Hours on 2026-07-02. Proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 15:30 Hours on the same day.
The Institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel the tender at any time before award of the contract without assigning any reason.
