Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Assistant Director Procurement.

Tender No: GIXU/PDAEM-1131/26. Procedure: Single Stage - One Envelope. Purpose: Supply, delivery and installation of wooden almiras by reputed furniture manufacturers registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Eligibility: Reputed furniture manufacturers with proven experience in manufacturing, supply and installation of similar furniture items; registered with tax authorities and on FBR ATL.

Fee & security: Tender fee (non-refundable) Rs. 3,000. Earnest money: 2% of total bid cost.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids complete in all respects with required documents and earnest money must reach on or before 15:00 Hours on 2026-07-02. Proposals will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 15:30 Hours on the same day.
