The Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence Complex Islamabad (DCI) invites pre-qualification applications and bids from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
Works / Services: Construction/provision/installation for certain residential and non-residential facilities and consultancy services (design / RE supervision) for specified works at DCI Islamabad.
