Punjab Highway Department Tender: Widening of Bridge on BS Link Canals, Chunian (Kasur) — Bid Closing 2026-06-30

Issuer: Punjab Highway Department — Highway Division, Kasur (Executive Engineer). Sealed electronic bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement system for the listed highway/bridge scheme. Firms/contractors must follow PPRA e-tendering procedures and the conditions below.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Only firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code CE02 (Bridge Structures/Piling) may participate.

- Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website: www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and submit bids through that portal.

- Bid security (earnest money) of 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded in the form of CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Kasur. The original CDR must be furnished half an hour before bid opening; failure to provide the original will render the uploaded bid non-responsive.

- The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. Acceptable forms: CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid for 3 months beyond completion/extended completion time).

- After online submission, contractors may attend the bid opening at the Office of the Commissioner, Lahore, on 2026-06-30 at 11:30 AM where responsive bids will be downloaded and announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
