Purpose: Hiring of transport services (pick & drop) for students of Workers Welfare School (Girls), Bahawalpur for two academic years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Procurement will be carried out through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) and in accordance with PPRA rules.

Important conditions (summary):

• Only Income Tax registered firms/companies may bid to provide transport services.
• Vehicles of model year 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required).
• One student per one seat ratio will be observed.
• Earnest Money / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to the office of the Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Bahawalpur before bid submission; original CDR must be submitted to the school office before the closing time of e-bid submission.
• Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, complete, signed, stamped and in accordance with the E-PADS portal requirements; incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
• Participating firms must obtain a minimum of 70% marks as per the technical evaluation criteria. Successful bidder will submit a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @5% of the contract amount before or at the time of signing the contract.
