Tender: Side Protection / Rehabilitation of Nasrana Distributary (Package A) — Faisalabad Division LCCW

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Faisalabad Division LCCW, Faisalabad (Punjab Irrigation Department). Invitation for single-stage single-envelope tenders from PEC-licensed contractors (with CE-04 specialization) registered with Punjab PPRA/PPRA-Punjab.

• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with CE-04 specialization and with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) where applicable.
• Registration on Punjab PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website is required. • Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer, Faisalabad Division LCCW.
• The lowest responsive bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount within the time specified in the tender document.
• Contractors must attach valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26, registration with relevant tax authorities, CNIC, and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for 2025-26 as part of the bidding documents.
