Submission deadline: Sealed bids must be delivered to the address given by the Society before 01:00 PM on 2026-07-02. Bids will be opened one hour after the deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
Conditions: Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
