PITB Tender: Turnkey Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, CCTV & IT Works — Closing 2026-07-06

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for turnkey procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, furniture and IT works for a PITB-implemented project. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis.

- Tender documents: Available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Submission method: Technical and Financial bids must be prepared separately and submitted online via the E-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

- Deadline: Bids must be submitted on EPADS by 11:00 hours on 2026-07-06. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.

- Eligibility & documents: Comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as required in the tender document must accompany bids.

- Registration/support: Electronic bidders should register at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. For EPADS registration/support contact: 1248.

- Note: Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. PITB reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
