Institute of Space Technology (Islamabad) Invitation to Bid — Supply & AMC Packages (Deadline 2026-07-07)

Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad invites bids from original manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply and maintenance packages listed below. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, submission instructions, bid validity, performance guarantee and evaluation criteria are available from the IST Procurement Department and can be downloaded from www.ist.edu.pk. Bids must reach the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, 1 Islamabad Highway, Near CDA Toll Plaza, Islamabad by 11:30 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

How to apply / submit bids: Download bidding documents from www.ist.edu.pk or obtain them from the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad. Submit sealed bids by hand/courier to the Procurement Department address before 11:30 AM on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM the same day.
