Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A), Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for senior project and technical roles. Competitive remuneration will be offered in accordance with P3A Human Resources Regulations, 2022. Selected candidates will be engaged on contract and should meet the specified qualifications and experience.

| Head Technical / Head of Projects (L4) | At least a Master's or equivalent degree (minimum 17 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant discipline. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA are also acceptable. | Minimum 10–12 years (post 16 years qualification) of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, private finance (including PPP experience). Experience may be from reputable firms, investment banks, multilateral agencies or public-sector organizations. | Not to exceed 62 years as on date of advertisement. |
| Associate Director, Project Review (L3) | At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACMA/ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA are acceptable. | Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public-private partnerships, corporate finance, investment advisory, project financing, portfolio and project finance. Preferably experience in multilateral, multinational or public-sector organizations. | Not to exceed 55 years as on date of advertisement. |
