LESCO EOI: Hiring Firm for ALM Deployment/Outsourcing

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO, a power distribution company serving more than 7.28 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara and Nankana districts, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable and eligible bidders for Hiring Services of a Firm for Deployment/Outsourcing of ALM in LESCO.

Selection Method: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
