PITB Invitation to Bid — Turnkey Renovation, Electrical, HVAC & IT Works (Est. PKR 400,000,000)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites sealed bids for procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, IP CCTV, fire alarm system, access control system, HVAC and IT works on a turnkey basis for a PITB project.

Tender documents are available free of cost from PITB and PPRA websites and bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement / EPADS portal. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bids must be submitted online on the E-PADs / Punjab eProcurement portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).
- Deadline for submission: 06 July 2026, 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
- Tender documents also available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost.
- Electronic bidders must register on the Punjab eProcure system; for EPADS registration queries contact: 1248.
