FJWU Rawalpindi: e-Bids Invited for Mess Items for University Hostels — Bid Deadline 2026-07-02

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), The Mall, Rawalpindi invites e-bids for the supply of mess items for University Hostels (Campus-I), Rawalpindi. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be active taxpayers. Prices must be quoted in PKR; GST/PST should be indicated separately. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days and are extendable for a further 30 days.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-22 at 11:30 AM at the University Purchase Office, Campus-I, Rawalpindi.

Deadline for submission of e-bids: 2026-07-02 until 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Bid security & submission

A bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated price per annexure is required. The bid security must be in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Soft copy of e-bid security must be attached with the e-bid and the original must be submitted to the University Purchase Office before opening. E-bids without proper/adequate security will be rejected. Crossed cheques, bank challans or cash are not acceptable.

Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Evaluation will be conducted annexure-wise.
