| Bid Security | Earnest Money: Rs. 200,000 (refundable) in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of National Highway Authority (Punjab-North). |
| Submission & Opening | Bids to be submitted to the Office of General Manager (Maintenance), Punjab-North. Technical bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the bidding documents in presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late/incomplete bids will be rejected. |
