Tender: Hiring of Firm for Rental of Vehicles — Environment Protection & Climate Change Dept, Punjab

Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (technical & financial) from reputable national/local companies, firms or contractors registered on EPADS and with relevant authorities for the hiring of a firm for rental of vehicles. Joint ventures/consortia are allowed. Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites free of cost.

Key conditions and submission details:

- Bid validity: 120 days. Bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.
- Procurement will be carried out through EPADS only. Bidders must quote for all services; partial or conditional bids will be disqualified.
- Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-07-09 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- In addition to uploading the scanned copy on EPADS, bidders must submit the original hard copy of the financial instrument (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) in favor of Project Director, SP&IU, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department.
- Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the procurement process.
- Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per Punjab PPRA Rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per applicable PPRA rules.
