PHDEC Expression of Interest: GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP & ISO 22000 Certification Support – Apply by 2026-07-15

Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC), a Section 42 company under the Ministry of Commerce / Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible stakeholders under its initiative “Strengthening Pakistan’s Horticulture Sector: Support for GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP & ISO 22000 Certifications”.

Purpose: To facilitate certification of horticulture value-chain stakeholders and improve market access. PHDEC will support certification for:

Cost-sharing: Certification will be facilitated under a cost-sharing mechanism (80:20) whereby PHDEC will bear 80% of the certification cost and the beneficiary will pay the remaining 20%.

Eligibility & Evaluation: Applicants must be eligible stakeholders (growers, farmers, processors, exporters) and will be evaluated against an approved marking/assessment system. Selected applicants will be announced after evaluation in accordance with PHDEC procedures.
