Other conditions	Financial proposals of technically acceptable firms will be opened in their presence with prior intimation The successful firm/contractor will execute an agreement with Commandant PNS RAHBAR on non-judicial stamp paper and provide performance security within 07 days of acceptance Tenders may be rejected or accepted as per PPRA rules; further details available on PPRA website
