Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites online bids through the PPRA E-PROCURE / E-PADS system for multiple civil works and renovation packages across the FESCO area. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for the year 2025-26 and meet other statutory requirements listed below.

Bids must be submitted via E-PADS Version 2.0 on 2026-07-16 up to 11:30 AM (PKT). Bids will be opened on 2026-07-16 at 12:00 Noon (PKT) through E-PADS.
Mandatory eligibility and bid conditions
- PEC registration renewed for 2025-26 with applicable specialization code(s).
- Active Taxpayer status (ATL) and valid income tax returns for the last three (03) years.
- Registration for Sales Tax and registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (where applicable).

- Successful bidders must comply with contractual and financial capacity requirements, safety codes, and other conditions set out in the bidding documents.
