Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites electronic bids under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure (PPRA Rule 36(a)) for five road rehabilitation/improvement projects in Islamabad. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk.
Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid registration in the relevant category with Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for 2026-27, and able to prove eligibility and qualification as per bidding documents.

Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Prospective bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security on E-PADS in PDF and provide the original on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 am. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly the same day at 11:00 am at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block II, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
